Service Description
This package includes a 50 minute photo session, unlimited outfit changes (it's your time), and fast online delivery of 3 high resolution, non-branded, fully edited/retouched photos that are industry standard headshots. Please note, industry standard headshots are essential for professional actors, and portraits simply are not the same thing. Many photographers advertise headshot packages, but they are not truly providing industry standard headshots... only pretty portraits. An industry standard headshot (for film, TV, modeling, and commercial work) is what sets you apart for professional casting directors. It makes their decision to cast you easy, because they can truly see what they need to see from the photo that you provide. I won't bore you with the math (yes, math) involved in an industry standard headshot, but I will tell you that, while other photographers are doing their clients a disservice by calling portraits headshots, this is my specialty... and I have been providing the very best head shots to industry professionals for over 10 years! -Paula
Cancellation Policy
Several of our events and opportunities are nonrefundable, as payment for such is considered a donation to the studio. These items will contain an explanation in the service description that states they are nonrefundable. For appointments and your events at our facility, which are refundable under certain circumstances... If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior or do not show up for your appointment, and it is a paid appointment (such as a class or photography services), you will be charged the full amount. If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to your appointment, you will be refunded minus a 25% administrative fee. For events/studio space rental, cancellation fees are different. If you cancel your event or space rental less than 14 calendar days prior to your event, you will be charged the full amount. If you cancel your event or space rental 14 or more days prior to your event, you will be refunded all but your deposit per your contract.
