Terms and Conditions: ​ 1. We will only approve one to two vendors of any given type, to decrease competition for goods and services at our event. If approved as a vendor, your vendor fee is due within three days/72 hours of email notification. The approval email will instruct you as far as how to pay. If your fee is not paid within that timeframe, your approval will be revoked, and a new vendor of your type will be given your spot. Additionally, booths may not be transferred or shared, or in any way represent more than one business. 2. Outdoor vendor booths are 10x10' and you must supply your own tables, chairs, and tents as necessary. There is a $30 vendor fee for outdoor booths. Indoor booths are approximately 8x8' and we will supply your tables and chairs if you would like. There is an $80 fee for indoor booths. There is no fee for nonprofit booths, but proof of status will be required upon approval. 3. There is no fee for food vendors upon approval. Indoor or outdoor placement will be negotiated individually with nonprofit and food vendors. Food and nonprofit vendors will be required to pay a refundable $50 deposit to hold a spot. If a food or nonprofit vendor cancels or does not show up the day of the festival, that deposit will be considered a donation to the studio. 4. Load in time for vendors will be staggered between 8-930am. You must load-in at your scheduled time or you will not be permitted to participate, and your fee will not be refunded. 5. Citizen Studios is a 501c3 Nonprofit organization. This event is scheduled "rain or shine," and will take place as scheduled unless it unsafe to do so. Should it be deemed unsafe by Citizen Studios (state of emergency, lightning etc...) you will be refunded any vendor fees paid. Your vendor fee will not be returned under any other circumstances. If your circumstances change and you cannot participate, your vendor fee will be considered a donation to Citizen Studios. 6. Only official businesses are permitted to be vendors. If approved, you will be required to provide proof/verification of your business. LLC's and similar organizations may provide their EIN for us to verify. Sole proprietors (who file taxes using their SSN) will have to provide other proof that they are following the business practice laws of the state of NC. 7. Business insurance is highly encouraged in general, but you will not be required to provide proof of it. If approved as a vendor, however, you will be required to sign a release of liability for Citizen Studios and affiliates for the event.
